Pinky Swear Foundation Partners with WHO Radio to Host 4th Annual Radiothon to Raise $100K to Help Kids with Cancer and their Families

Des Moines, IA (December 5, 2018) – Pinky Swear Foundation is excited to partner with local Des Moines, IA radio station, NEWSRADIO 1040 WHO, to host 4^thannual radiothon event on Friday, December 14, 2108. The day-long event will take place at the Valley West Mall and aims to spread awareness and raise crucial funds to support the mission of helping kids with cancer and their families throughout Iowa and across the country.

The 2018 event’s fundraising goal is $100,000.

“I am always amazed [but not surprised] by the incredible community support Pinky Swear Foundation receives in Des Moines,” says Pinky Swear Foundation Iowa area director, Mary Mendenhall-Core. “This is such an energetic and fun day and I love being able to connect with our brave All-Stars, our wonderful partners and all of our community supporters for this event.”
