5 fundraising ideas for companies who want to give back!

Nothing says camaraderie like giving back at work and having fun doing so. There are so many ways to help kids with cancer and their families with housing, food, and transportation costs. We have collected five fundraising ideas for companies like you who want to make a difference by supporting Pinky Swear Foundation.

1. Brown bag lunch. Have everyone bring their lunch to work/school and donate the money they would have spent to eat out to Pinky Swear Foundation.
2. Parking spot Raffle. Team members donate to Pinky Swear to get a raffle ticket. Each raffle ticket gets them entered to win a front-row spot at the office for a week! (Or however long is motivating for your team.)
3. Car Wash. For this classic fundraiser, ask for suggested donations instead of charging a price.
4. Challenge another business, or team to raise more money. Whichever company or team that raises the most money gets free lunch on the company (or whatever else is motivating.) This fundraiser is perfect for companies that have multiple locations or branches.
5. Golf tournament. Play a round of golf for kids with cancer. Ask your local course to donate a couple of tee times and ask participants to donate to purchase a round. Solicit sponsorships of holes from local businesses.
