More than half the families who turn to Pinky Swear report that at least one parent in the household has needed to stop working or significantly reduce their work hours in order to care for their child. Is my donation secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL technology to keep your information secure. We partner with Stripe, the industry's established payment processor trusted by some of the world's largest companies.

Your sensitive financial information never touches our servers. We send all data directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant servers through SSL.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Your gift is tax deductible as per your local regulations, as we are a tax-exempt organization.

Can I cancel or update my recurring donation?

Of course. You always remain in full control of your recurring donation, and you’re free to change or cancel it at any time. You can update your monthly donation in the donor portal here.

How do I update or cancel my recurring donation?

You can update your recurring donation through your donor portal or by contacting us at info@pinkyswear.org .

When will I receive a tax receipt for my monthly giving?

 If you set up your monthly giving on one of Pinky Swear’s online donation forms or over the phone, you will receive a digital receipt each month after the donation has processed, sent to the email you provided at the time of initial donation. You can also view your donation receipts in the donor portal.

For gifts made through information mailed to Pinky Swear, such as a bank account or donor-advised fund, you will receive a receipt via mail once the donation has been processed each month.

You will receive a summary of your contributions for the current year in January of the following year.
