Key to this community is our Board of Directors, a group of individuals who invest their time, expertise, and strengths in working towards the vision of saying ‘yes!’ to every family. In this series, we’ll be introducing members from the Board of Directors and giving you a glimpse into their story.

Since joining the board in 2026, Paul Crowley has been an invaluable asset to our Board of Directors. As Vice President and Market Leader for Holmes Murphy's Employee Benefits team, Paul brings his expertise in the health benefits sector, along with a long-standing enthusiasm for Pinky Swear's mission.

My wife, Jenni, and our three daughters have been involved with Pinky Swear for over a decade since I was first introduced to the organization through a friend (Christine Finn) who was a long-time board member. Around the same time, we became friends with the Wenngatz family and were aware of all the support Pinky Swear (Miracles for Mitch at the time) provided for their family and their son, Alex. Jeff Wenngatz joined the board, and I was lucky enough that he nominated me for 2026. It’s been a goal and a dream of mine to join the Pinky Swear Foundation board.

There are a lot of organizations that provide cancer support. What about Pinky Swear’s mission stands out to you? Pediatric cancer/illness is absolutely heartbreaking and disrupts the entire family. Providing support for their family allows them to focus on the health of their child.

Is there a particular accomplishment during your tenure on the Board of Directors that you’re proud of/hoping to accomplish? As a new member of the board with a long history with Pinky Swear I’m just hoping to partner with the staff and existing board members to grow awareness of Pinky Swear’s mission so we can offer more support to more families dealing with pediatric cancer.
