All-Star River's family knows the financial and emotional toll that childhood cancer brings. They have heard the unimaginable words "Your child has cancer" not once, but twice. 

Families should be able to focus on their child's health, yet bills need to be paid, food is a necessity, and gas is required to get to and from treatment. You can ease the burden of these everyday expenses for families experiencing childhood cancer by supporting Pinky Swear Foundation.
